We treat partner information shared during inquiries and engagements as confidential. We will not publish or disclose confidential information without permission, except where required by law.

The website, including its design, copy, and branding, is owned by NoaStrateG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute material from the site without permission.

Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

Our liability under any engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
